This is just a note to let you know about the experience we have had with MetShield represented by KK Distributions. We tested this product in our Compressor and Hydraulic System. In compressor, we got 6 – 8 % reduction in the temperature and the electric current went down by 3 to 4%. Also the mechanical noise went down drastically and it has been running smoothly.
In Hydraulic System, we had 20% reduction in temperature of the hydraulic system, which is a drastic change in the temperature. Being a mechanical engineer, I know what friction and heat can do to metal parts. I was “blown away” by what I witnessed. We are please to confirm that we have tested MetShield in Die casting application and the product has worked very well.
The temperature of Die casting application went down by roughly 8%. As the temperature has gone down by 8%, we can easily conclude that the friction was reduced drastically and machine was operating smoothly.
We have been involved in dealing with applications working under harsh environment and never expected that any product can bring such a drastic change in the temperature especially under very harsh environment.

Having been a mechanic and builder of racing engines in my younger years, I know what friction and heat can do to metal parts. We treated in our truck with MetShield at 60,000 miles on my odometer.
Today, we are still driving our 1997 F150 truck that has over 210,000 miles on it and is still running like a Swiss Watch. Lots of power which we need regularly to pull boats to the Florida Keys and back from Sarasota. We have started to trade vehicles several times, but it runs so good we think we will drive it until at least 300,000 miles.
